OFF-GRID PAPER PENISULAR PAPER COMPANY

This project is about adapting the Peninsular Paper Company in Ypsilanti Michigan into a new light, focusing on bringing the community and Eastern Michigan students, into a well-developed space for multi-purpose use. Visitors can enjoy a cup of coffee inside or outside on the ground level or study and lodge upstairs in a more quiet environment. Downstairs, visitors are able to rent out the small auditorium that allows for great lecture sessions, readings, or just a place to relax as the space is a controlled acoustic environment with its sound absorption ceiling panels.
